How will I receive updates on my property? +
Owners receive monthly financial statements and annual reporting, with direct access to your dedicated manager. Dedicated owner and tenant portals are in development.
Do you handle Ejari and RERA compliance? +
Yes — Ejari registration, RERA compliance, municipality requirements and all regulatory documentation are handled entirely on your behalf.
Can you manage a property I don't live near? +
Absolutely. Many of our clients are overseas owners. We act as your complete on-the-ground representation, so distance is never a concern.
